About
‘Good training’ is simply not good enough!
Working and training in various subjects and levels has gained from my formal technical background acquired during my higher education development in the field of IT which, coupled with my MA in Public Relations and extensive extracurricular activities. This enables me to assert that I have a well balanced trainer profile.
Furthermore, my language skills allow me to interact at a proficient level in English (Romanian in my mother tongue) and also, but to a lesser extent, in French.
My working experience is built on the involvement in international activities and trainings, carried out at national, European and worldwide level with different NGOs, companies and institutions.
I have perfected the skills of small and large team management while working on such international events as the World Scout Jamboree in 2007 as media manager (an event with more that 40 000 participants), the Youth Conferences of the Trio-Presidencies of the European Union (Spain, Belgium and Hungary – as part of the international facilitation structure) as well as being involved in different policy areas of the European Youth Forum, completing my expertise with events spanning from coordinating an online fundraising campaign for 10.000 euro, European lobbying (at national and European level for the 2011 as the European Year of Volunteering and the Youth Empowerment campaigns), designing strategies for development and PR campaigning to being in charge of the media relations for the University of Oradea.
